Yoga combines the various physical, mental, and spiritual practices originating in India with the goal of attaining peace of mind and the discovery of one’s true self.  Yoga is a Sanskrit word frequently defined as “union with the divine” and suggesting the union of body, mind, and spirit.   One level of yoga is the practice of physical poses that ultimately create balance in the body.  As such, it is a natural complement to both the acupuncture and massage therapies offered.


Our classes offer a wide range of class levels and styles of yoga such as Gentle yoga, yoga for families, Vinyasa Flow yoga, Svaroopa yoga, and Iyengar yoga to meet the needs and times for all those wishing to experience greater flexibility and balance in body and mind.
