Meditation
​Meditation, usually defined as “to reflect on or to contemplate,” provides techniques that can transform the mind. These techniques develop concentration and focus, foster positive emotions, and bring both relaxation and alertness. Just 20 minutes a day can reduce stress, enhance memory, increase emotional stability, and improve the function of the brain. Consistent practice will teach you the patterns and habits of your mind and ultimately bring you peace and a new way of living life.
