Q: What should I expect? Do I need to bring anything?
A: Acupuncture: You do not need to bring anything except a strong desire for healing and transformation. It is also better to have eaten, than to have an initial acupuncture treatment on an empty stomach.
Classes & Workshops: No experience is needed for our classes. Our Beginning yoga class on Tuesdays at noon, our Foundations class at 11 am on Saturday and our Restorative classes are particularly appropriate for those new to yoga. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to check in and get settled. Bring a water bottle and a yoga mat if you have one. We do have some yoga mats available to rent for a small fee. Wear clothes that don’t restrict movement.

Massage: Please tell your therapist if you are allergic to oils or scents and the level of pressure that is comfortable for you. Cash tips are always a great way to say thank you if satisfied with your service!

Health Coaching: Please be sure to fill out and bring your intake form to your initial treatment.

Q: How do I pay?
A: We currently take credit card payments in studio and through your Mindbody account. Cash for tipping your massage therapists is always appreciated!

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: For our appointments, we ask that you give at least 24 hours notice for cancelations. For appointments that are cancelled within the 24 hour period, payment for the session is charged.
** A Gentle Reminder **
Our center is a quiet sanctuary for practicing yoga, meditating, and experiencing the healing that comes from acupuncture and massage. Please remove shoes and place on shelves in coatroom and keep voices low as classes and treatments are in progress.
